The property has (3) three outdoor living spaces with unforgettable views for morning coffee and/or for a late afternoon glass of wine, along with 30' of dock space located directly behind the property in Ballast Point Canal #77 (larger slips may be available at an additional price at the Marina). Rejuvenate in the Hot Tub located on the main deck or enjoy our pool/ping pong table located on the ground floor. Bring your boat, jet ski, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, or golf cart, as there is enough space behind or underneath for storage. This remarkable home is non-smoking and dog-friendly with 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 10. Village Landings 100 has a Sunday turn-day with 3-night minimum bookings allowed from October through March upon request (excluding Holidays). Parking for up to 4 vehicles, with additional parking by the Pirate's Cove office by request. One of these 4 spots is covered parking for your boat or jet ski trailer (if trailer does not fit, it will need to be stored off-site for a fee).
Wonderfully decorated and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and new dining table which seats 10+ guests. The kitchen comes with a Regular Drip Coffee Maker and an Electric Griddle. The impressive Master suite boasts a King bed with a private balcony with sunset views along with a huge master bath with Jacuzzi tub; 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed with bathroom access; 3rd bedroom boasts 2 new full-size beds & desk; 4th bedroom has 2 new comfy twin beds. Home amenities include High-speed WiFi, Smart TVs (no cable), DVD player, ground level Recreation Room with ping pong/pool table and additional fridge/freezer, dart board, board games, puzzles, books, tennis rackets with balls, main-level deck with furniture, and outside shower by covered parking. New Propane Grill on the deck as of May 2024.
By renting this property, you will have access to all of the Pirate's Cove Community amenities including outdoor pavilion, basketball and volleyball courts, fitness center, large community pool and hot tub, tennis courts, playground, community peninsula where you can launch kayaks or relax on the sand, and miles of lighted docks for a nice stroll. It is about a 5-minute drive to the beaches of Nags Head, with the closest access being Jennette's Pier, with plenty of other access as well, all with free parking. On-site is the World Class Pirate's Cove Marina where you can pick up the fishing gear you need and schedule charter fishing trips. Pirate's Cove is home to an exciting Billfish Tournament every August! On the marina is Blue Water Grill and Mimi's Tiki Hut as well, which offers daily specials and live music most nights during the summer! Property is true to the listing. Very spacious house that hosted our family of 9 and two dogs comfortably. The community is easily walkable and family friendly. There were two paddle boards, 2 bikes, lots of games, some fishing and crabbing items and a few beach umbrellas to use. Crabbing and paddling in the bay were a big hit. The house did not have beach/pool towels so be prepared. Overall a beautiful community and comfortable home.
