Position near but away from the walled city
Only things to note - just small tea cups and no mugs -I brought my own coffee. Also no Teaspoons. Also a mirror is always good (other than the little bathroom mirror)

Great location, within walking distance of the Old Town, Banje Beach, and a small local shop. Dubrovnik is definitely a city for people who do not mind climbing stairs but I enjoyed it a lot! It’s almost like a workout while sightseeing :)
The owners were lovely, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The balcony offers a beautiful view, and the area is quiet despite being close to the main attractions. The apartment provided a comfortable amount of space for three people
The only thing worth noting is that the hot water heater needs to be switched on manually. Once we figured it out, it was not a problem, but it would have been helpful to know this in advance :)

- Good location, with some Minutes walk to very beautiful beach Banje ( with stairs) and old town
- the owner ist very nice and helpful
- the room hat good view
- highly recommended for stay to visit Dubronik
- the air conditioner ist a little bit loud but not so big Problem

- Good contact with the owners who were quite responsive.
- Great views.
- Towels and basic toiletries were provided.
- The apartment requires some refurbishment (ceilings).
- The furniture was quite old and worn out - especially the sofa.
