About this apartment rental
Spend a perfect holiday in the "Ocean" apartment, completed in 2016, modern ambience, in a cozy and central location! In the apartment "Ocean" you can find relaxation and relaxation or can make interesting trips to the region. The apartment is centrally located, in a little busy side street of Born on the Darß.
The ground floor apartment is accessed via a communal staircase. It is about 63 square meters, consists of a living room with flat screen TV and large sofa, an adjoining fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, coffee maker and dining area, two bedrooms each with a double bed (mattress is continuous, 1.80m x 2m) and a bathroom with shower.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue.
In the attic of the house is a sauna for communal use free of charge. The holiday apartment is located in Born, on the Baltic Sea. There is a children's playground about 200 meters away. A bicycle rental, as well as an Edeka and an Aldi can be found in about 300m distance.
The distance to Bodden is about 150m. The Baltic Sea is reachable by car in about 5 minutes. Alternatively, you can cycle through the National Park to the unspoiled Weststrand.

Wir haben uns - inklusive des Hunds - rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist im Top-Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist umfassend und funktional.

Die Wohnung ist modern und vollständig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurants und Boddenzugang fußläufig schnell erreichbar.
Bei einem Problem mit dem Schlüssel wurde umgehend von der Vermietergesellschaft geholfen.
Alles bestens!
Dass die im Haus für alle 4 Wohnungen eigentlich angebotene Sauna in Zeiten von Covid 19 nicht genutzt werden konnte, ist verständlich.
Hier hätten wir uns aber gewünscht dass dies vom Vermieter im Vorfeld kommuniziert worden wäre.
