About this house rental
Our spacious family-friendly holiday home "TROLLHUS" is located in a quiet street near the beach and the Bodden waters, Darsser Jungle, sport / family friendly activities, restaurants and food, shopping opportunities. You will love the Trollhus because of its proximity to the sea and the lagoon, the beautiful nature all around, the good facilities and cozy atmosphere of the house. The Trollhus is well suited for couples, families (with children) and furry friends (pets).
The Trollhus (114m²) is in a quiet location with optimal recreational opportunities. It has a garden with a beautiful, large covered sun terrace including garden furniture (table / chairs / garden loungers). In the immediate vicinity there are also shopping facilities for daily needs (Edeka, Aldi, Stolz department store, petrol station, bike rental). The house is surrounded by beautiful nature and only a few minutes' walk from the Darss forest, the lagoon and vast fields and meadows.
Furnishing:
The house consists on the ground floor of the spacious living room with fireplace and American kitchen and large dining table, utility room with washing machine, iron / ironing board and cleaning agents, small guest toilet, upstairs from a large bathroom with bathtub and separate shower and 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with DB and a room with 2 single beds. In addition, there is a fold-out mattress for children and 2 baby beds as well as the possibility to make a spacious double bed from the sofa in the living room (see Photo). The house is u. a. equipped with a covered south-facing terrace with garden furniture, e.g. T. Fly screens, a stove, a washing machine, a microwave with grill, a fully equipped kitchen including Dishwasher, coffee and espresso machine, kettle, toaster, a large flat screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi system. You can get children's chairs free of charge from our agency. The property is with a wooden shed for bicycles, firewood (8, - EUR per basket) and. a., a climbing tower equipped with sandpit and slide.
The holiday home also has a carport parking space (2 smaller cars can fit on it); there are also 3 parking spaces directly on the other side of the street.

Wir haben uns im „Trollhus“ sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war einfach und ging schnell!
Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und man kann sich im Winter schön am Ofen aufwärmen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und liegt in einer ruhigen Straße (Zeitraum Mai). Wir waren mit 3 Personen zu Gast und hatten jeder unser eigenes SZ mit ausreichend Stauraum. Auch das BZ ist schön groß. Der Garten ist uneinsichtig und hat eine überdachte Terrasse. Das Haus liegt zentral in Born, aber weite Strecken gibt es ohnehin nicht am Darß. Außerdem ist der gesamte Darß eine tolle Gegend zum Fahrrad fahren. Sogar der Bus in die Nachbarorte hat einen Fahrradanhänger. Unsere Mankos im Haus waren leider: Die Ameisenstraße über den Tresen in der Küche, Spinnenweben zwischen Küchenzeile und Boden, eine gesplitterte Nachttischlampe und ein gesplitterter Garstenstuhl. Ebenso waren leider alle Gartenstühle voller Vogelkot. Der Reinigungsservice hat da in unseren Augen keine gute Arbeit geleistet, wenn solche Dinge nicht beachtet und/oder weitergegeben werden. Der Verwalter, Herr Jerkowski-Vespermann, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - konnte uns aber bei den aktuellen Problemen nur bedingt helfen. Wir haben die Zeit bei schönem Wetter trotzdem genossen.
