About this house rental
Our tastefully and comfortably furnished holiday home is located off the road. It is only 150m to the beach entrance 7. In a few minutes you can walk on the dike to the pier or into the center. There are 2 parking spaces available. On the ground floor there is 1 bathroom with shower / toilet, enough space for the wardrobe and the bright living-dining area with a comfortable couch, real wood furniture, flat-screen TV, stereo, high-quality country kitchen and a large dining table for 8 people. From there you get to the south terrace. You can enjoy the sun in the sheltered beach chair or have a barbecue. A dense laurel hedge protects you from prying eyes. Your dog can move freely in the fenced garden. On the 1st floor is the 2nd Bathroom with shower / toilet and 2 large, spacious bedrooms, each with 1 double bed and 1 baby or Infants bed. In the pointed floor it is the 3rd Bedroom with 1 sofa bed for 2 people and 1 single bed as well as TV + radio / CD.
Please note that final cleaning (€ 80 without pet and + € 20 / pet) is added to the price shown for the house.
Very suitable for 2 families: The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms make our house very suitable for 2 families or friends who take grandma and grandpa with them on vacation.
Beach sections: In high season (May 1st - September 30th) your dog can go to the beach at 3 and 15. In the low season (1. 10. - 30. 4.) he can walk along the entire beach.
If you like it active, there is a sports beach at beach steps 6 and 16. Windsurfing courses, diving courses, kite courses and catamaran courses start there several times a week in the season from May to September.
For all nudist fans, the beach sections 6 and 14 or even better 3 to 1 and beyond.
Incidentally, the Baltic Sea resort of Zingst was presented at the international tourism fair in Berlin on 12 March 2010 recognized as the world's most popular holiday resort.

Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Das Dachzimmer ist für 3 größere Kinder eher eng bemessen, für Kinder im Grundschulalter und kleinere Kinder ist das Haus perfekt. Danke für die Hundefreundlichkeit! Die Lage des Hauses ist in einer sehr dicht bebauten Gegend, direkt an einer Eltern-Kind-Klinik und zwischen weiteren Ferienhäusern, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Uns hat vor allem die Strandnähe zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit begeistert!

Das Haus soll für sieben Erwachsene geeignet sein, was es definitiv nicht ist. Es ist in einem guten Zustand, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aus der Dusche im ersten OG. kommt nur aus jedem dritten Loch Wasser, der Ofen war ziemlich schmutzig und das Wäschepaket (welches man teuer dazu mieten konnte), umfasste nicht einmal Geschirrhandtücher. Die Hygiene-Maßnahmen wurden in dem Sinne umgesetzt, dass die desinfizierten Oberflächen (vor allem die Treppengeländer) klebten. Insgesamt ist das Haus in Ordnung, allerdings im Verhältnis zu teuer.
