The kitchenette with an adjoining dining area is integrated directly into the living space, creating an open-concept layout. A bathroom with a shower and toilet is also located on the first floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. You’ll find two additional single beds in the open sleeping loft in the attic.
There is a built-in stone grill in the small garden, which is shared by both halves of the house. Two parking spaces are available.
