Spend a perfect holiday in the "van der Holm" holiday apartment, completed in 2015, modern ambience, in a central location! In the apartment you will find relaxation and relaxation or can make interesting trips to the region. It is about 63 square meters, consists of a living room with flat screen TV and large sofa, an adjoining fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, coffee maker and dining area, and two bedrooms with double bed (mattresses are continuous, 180x200cm and 160x200cm) and a bathroom with shower.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and parasol.

On request, a travel cot and a high chair for small children can be provided. The apartment "van der Holm" is located in Born, on the Baltic Sea. In about 50 meters away there is a children's playground. A bicycle rental, as well as an Edeka and an Aldi can be found in about 200m away.
The distance to Bodden is about 400m. The Baltic Sea is reachable by car in about 5 minutes. Alternatively, you can cycle through the National Park to the unspoiled Weststrand.

Diese Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man ist vom ersten Tag an "zu Hause" Auf Grund der zentralen Lage der Wohnung sind die anderen Urlaubsorte schnell erreichbar. Die Nähe zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist optimal. Genauso ist die Badebucht am Bodden fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
Fazit: Eine Wohnung zum rundherum wohlfühlen in optimaler Lage

Eine sehr schön aufgeteilte Wohnung. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden. Sofa und Essstühle sollten ausgetauscht werden, da sehr ungemütlich.

Man kommt in die Wohnung und fühlt sich wohl, wie zu Hause.Sehr erfreulich ist, dass Anregungen, um zu verfeinern, umgesetzt werden.Man muss sich einfach wohl fühlen. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Wohnung liegt ideal,man kann das Auto auch mal stehen lassen. Zum Strand der Ostsee braucht man es,zum Bodden kann man laufen. Und als Hundebesitzer bin ich froh, dass ich in einer schönen und modernen Wohnung den Urlaub genießen kann, habe auch schon anderes erlebt. Dies sollten sich andere Vermieter merken. Der Hund ist ein Familienmitglied ,deswegen will man nicht abgewohnte Buden mieten. Meine Kleine hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt und überall gibt es Tütenspender und Mülleimer. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und entschleunigt wieder nach Hause gefahren.
