About this house rental
Thanks to its great location, the Bodden—with its swimming spots as well as surfing, kiteboarding, and fishing spots—is within walking distance. You’ll also find the biking and hiking trail here, which takes you along the water all the way to Ahrenshoop and Wustrow. A bakery, a café, and a variety of good restaurants are also just a few hundred meters away. In addition, there are several supermarkets and shops in Born. The unspoiled Darß Forest is two kilometers away, and the fine-sand West Beach is five kilometers away—both are great destinations for a bike ride. Combined with the Otto vacation home, the climate-neutral Hans house is ideal for groups of up to ten people. Experience a bit of the charm of a farm vacation thanks to the neighboring sheep grazing in the pasture.
About the Half of the House
Modern architecture and eco-friendly timber construction are hallmarks of this country house near the Baltic Sea. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious, light-filled living area with a clean design and retro-inspired furniture. The exposed wooden beams in the ceiling and the solid wood parquet flooring bring the natural material of wood into the interior, creating a wonderful living atmosphere. The kitchenette and the large dining table blend harmoniously into the living area. A walk-in closet is also located on the lower level. Upstairs, you’ll find two sleek bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed (180 cm and 140 cm)—handcrafted by a carpenter. A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet perfectly rounds out this vacation home.
Outside, a large wooden deck with modern patio furniture is perfect for relaxing. Here you can barbecue, enjoy balmy summer evenings, or simply unwind while taking in the view of the greenery. The large garden with a lawn for sunbathing is available for shared use. A parking space is also available for your use.
