Comfortable apartment near the Baltic Sea with a wonderful view from the balcony of the backwaters in the Bernsteinbad Ückeritz.
The maisonette apartment on the top and top floors of the house has a floor area of 68 m².
The apartment 'Sun' can accommodate 4 people. In the living room there is an additional bed, sofa bed for 1-2 people.
A fully equipped kitchen unit with dishwasher is available to our guests.
For the apartment there is a parking space directly in front of the front door.
The apartment has underfloor heating and is suitable for year-round use.
A small terrace offers the possibility to grill.
Cycles:
You can rent bicycles in the village or directly on the beach. There are storage facilities for bicycles on the property of the holiday apartments (bicycle racks and bicycle garage).
A bicycle path runs parallel to B111 / B110 from Wolgast to Swinoujscie and has few gradients.
Along the Baltic Sea, the coastal bike path leads through the forest from Ahlbeck to Peenemünde with some gradients along the way.
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area. There is a small football field within sight of the balcony for football fans.
It is a 2 minute walk to the hairdresser.
Several physiotherapy practices also offer their services in the immediate vicinity.
Edeka and Aldi, restaurants and snack bars can be reached on foot within 10 minutes.

Wir waren als Familie unterwegs und die FeWo hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der obere Teil der FeWo mit eigenem Bad wurde von den Kindern genutzt. Die Wohnung liegt im Ort mit der nahen Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Strand geht es über einen schattigen Pfad oder Fussweg. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank

Die Ferienwohnung ist super gemütlich und hat alles, was man braucht. In der kalten Jahreszeit ist der Kamin super schön.

Von der fewo gelangt man schnell zu Fuß ans Achterwasser oder in 20 Minuten an die Ostsee und mit dem Auto kommt man schnell zu den mondänen Ostseebädern. Top. Und dann abends am knisternden Kaminofen die Seele baumeln lassen, das war perfekt für unseren Neujahrsurlaub.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da die Wohnung gut ausgestattet war. Die Lage war optimal, da wir die Insel von hier aus gut erkunden konnten.
Wir kommen ggf. gerne wieder hierher.
