The Bernsteinhaus is located in a very central part of the Baltic Sea resort of Kölpinsee, on a quiet residential street with limited traffic—about 300 meters from the town center and the Usedomer Bäderbahn train station, and about 800 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach.
Vacation Apartment 1 is located on the first floor and is accessible at ground level without stairs—it’s stroller- and bike-friendly. The apartment includes two terraces (east and southwest-facing), a parking space in front of the house, and a lockable shed for bicycles and beach gear.
Standard occupancy: 4 people; up to 5 people with the use of the sofa bed. Non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed.
Bernsteinhaus Apt. 1:
Bright 3-room vacation apartment (65 m²) on the first floor of the Bernsteinhaus—at ground level with no stairs, making it ideal for families and cyclists.
First, the highlights: two private terraces facing east and southwest—sun from morning to evening. Right off the terrace, you can enjoy a cozy barbecue on the lawn. There’s also a lockable shed for bicycles and beach gear, and a fireplace for cozy evenings—especially during the off-season.
Living Area & Kitchen: open-concept living/dining area with a couch, fireplace, and flat-screen TV; fully equipped open kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer combo, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
Bedrooms: Bedroom with a double bed, children’s room with two single beds—both rooms can be completely darkened. The sofa bed in the living area offers a comfortable sleeping spot for a fifth person. A travel crib (with mattress and mosquito net) and a high chair are provided.
Bathroom with shower and a window that lets in natural light. Also included are a storage room, a stereo system, fly screens, free Wi-Fi, and a parking space right next to the house.
Bedding and towels can be booked as an optional laundry package. Non-smoking apartment; no pets allowed.
