Nautilus is a one of a kind stand-alone house that sits above the beautiful Hamilton Island marina.
This property has to be seen to be believed. Nautilus has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a huge pool in the middle of the house! The house has been furnished to the highest standards with no expense spared; the views are breathtaking from all levels of this beautiful property.
As soon as you enter the Nautilus house you will know that you're in a unique property; as you gaze through an internal window that lets you look into the pool.
The master bedroom has it's own level and amazing views from the room, balcony and spa! you can sleep up to 10 people in this house in comfort. The marina and beach is walk-able. The pool is the main feature of the house and most guests spend a lot of time looking over the boats in the marina!
A 4 seatgolf buggy is provided for your stay. You can hire an additional 4 seatgolf buggy with this property for $85.00 extra per day.

We booked Nautilus for a holiday with our adult children. We kept the place as a surprise. It was such a delight to open up the house then and see them see the pool!!!

Loved our stay! Location was incredible! Views were perfect. Only shame was a few easily fixable items in the property (shower head sprayed everywhere, bathroom blind went down but hard to put back up, aircon cover falling off and loose door handles) which meant we were worried things may break…. Property had everything for a relaxing stay though! Would go back in a heart beat!

Nautilus is a beautiful property. Our group of nine (three children) enjoyed sunsets on the balcony overlooking the Marina, and the kids had lots of fun with the pool portholes. The layout made it easy for us to have our own space when needed and share quality family time together. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed. The property is centrally located, with a short walk or Buggy ride down to the beach or Marina. We really loved our Nautilus stay.

We stayed recently in this lovely place, the property is in a great spot close to everything and has a fully equipped kitchen and a bbq.
We booked this property by looking at the photos of the beautiful pool online that is the house’s main feature, unfortunately the water was too cold to swim in. We asked for the heating to be turned on and it was for 1 day only! One of our guests was told we could turn the heating on for an extra $50 a day. I would have thought that it should all be built into the cost of hiring the property!
Loved Hamilton island but we were there in cooler weather and unfortunately a cold indoor pool was not a hit.
