Great accommodation very well equipped, perfect location for our visit, very secure and safe feeli

Comfy beds, cleanliness, well decorated carpeted and fresh. Plenty of towels, all kitchen equipment anyone would need and more besides.thankyou Felt safe and secure, no rowdy noises despite being close to town and neighbours.perfect.

As the weather was so so hot we would of appreciated a fan dare I say in each bedroom and living area. A non slip shower mat needed. It would ve handy having instructions how to use the lovely shower displayed in the bathroom. We often couldnt locate the bsthroom in the night...sounds silly, maybe a florescent sticker on door would help? he blinds caught on bedroom windows hence one chain broke....we are sorry. It was difficult to get fresh sir in one window in living area...again maybe a fan woukd solve this problem. Please these are kindly comments ,we really enjoyed our stay, it was unfortunate for us it was the hottest days of the year we stayed.!

Was not what we expected for the price and area.

It was self catering location was good in the centre of town and close pubs@ shops. Close to the castle @ museum and surrounding was nice for walks.

The stay in the apartment was not what was expected very dirty from the entrance up to the apartment. Did not change once inside carpets were dirty and bedroom carpet had a lot of burn marks. Mattress was good quality but were badly stained with urine @ blood on all the three mattress. Wardrobe was broken as was the blinds windows all need attention as difficult to open. Suite was in need of a clean as it was rather grubby also the electrics where not up to date with Pat test also no fire extinguishers in the property. Had not been cleaned before we arrived so when was the property last inspected by Booking.com.

Don’t bother booking this place!

When we returned the key to the safe box knowing we would never come back

The fact that we had driven from the south coast 350 miles with a 2 year old and 8 year old. We had left at 5.00am. When we arrived at apartment at 3.00 check in time it still hadn’t been cleaned. The kids were shattered and we were not happy. We were not sent any messages to say it wasn’t ready. We called Toast Lettings of Durham who managed the property to be told the cleaners were running late. They couldn’t tell us when it would be ready. I said I wanted some sort of recompense but was only offered an apology and to be told “it wasn’t really that bad”. At 5.15 we finally got into the apartment. It was the weekend so maybe that was why it was so noisy. As the bedroom windows look onto the road and market place with the road noise and the racket from the pubs, we got little sleep. Not a good experience all round!!!

Lack of documentation - eg. password to wifi, how to switch on the heating, where to put rubbish etc. Apartment temperature on arrival cold - 9C. Nespresso Coffee machine but no coffee for it. 2 small packets of biscuits for 4 guests. Rooms with beds that left very little space around them. Carpet missing in master bedroom.

Nearly breaking my fingernails with the keypad to access the keys - exiting from the rear of the building rather onto the square. It would be great to have access directly onto the square

Large well equipped apartment. Secure parking. Good location.

Even though Windows were double glazed still heard traffic in the back bedroom. What looked like a quiet road got quite busy.

The apartment was really lovely and very well furnished. Conveniently located in the centre of town within close walking distance of a number of shops, restaurants and attractions. Comfortably accommodated our family of four.

Well appointed modern apartment in a central location.

Well appointed apartment with everything you could possibly require. Beds are comfy and the apartment is modern and clean. Right in Market Square (although difficult to find as numbers in Kingsway only go up to 76....the apartment is within number 76 but unusually each apartment has a unique number rather than a, b, c etc. From the front of the building this property is also No. 9 Market Square). It is central for everything and provides easy access to Kynren...which is a 'must see' event!

Difficult to find the property (see above), the agent did email a photograph but that was on the morning we were due to arrive and we weren't able to access this until after we had accessed the apartment.

Midden in het toeristische deel van de stad.

De verwarming stond bij binnenkomst erg hoog. De deuren gingen moeilijk dicht door de nieuwe vloerbedekking.
