Kingsway Apartment

The flat is in a really good location, very close to the main square and to Bishop Auckland Palace. Within walking distance of Kynren. Large bedrooms with comfy beds.

There are 2 key boxes, it would have been useful to know which box to use and which buttons to press to open and close the gate. I was suppose to receive a photo but didn't. Could do with a few more cereal bowls and glasses, particularly if 5 people are staying. On our leaving day, some people turned up to jet wash the parking area. This meant that we had to move our car at around 8am before we had packed up. Luckily there is a car park opposite, but if this had been full it would have been very inconvenient to take everything back to the car. This probably doesn't happen very often though.

De verwarming stond bij binnenkomst erg hoog. De deuren gingen moeilijk dicht door de nieuwe vloerbedekking.

Lack of documentation - eg. password to wifi, how to switch on the heating, where to put rubbish etc. Apartment temperature on arrival cold - 9C. Nespresso Coffee machine but no coffee for it. 2 small packets of biscuits for 4 guests. Rooms with beds that left very little space around them. Carpet missing in master bedroom.
