About this apartment rental

Unit 306 is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 full bath unit with large living areas and bedrooms. A fully stocked kitchen with utensils, pots, pans and coffee pot. These units share a large swimming pool, a kid pool and a large hot tub. Just steps to the beach and close access to Wanna Wanna, grocery mart, and gas station. These units boast large balconies that overlook the pool and lush courtyard. Charcoal BBQ Pits and security are a plus. THIS IS A 3rd FLOOR WALK UP. Because HomeAway does not collect the 17% city and local tax, that will be due in addition at the time of check in!!!! We have no elevators at this property.

The condo was great for 6 adults. We love to cook, and the kitchen was large and stocked. The pool was warm and just what we needed. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was very nice when we arrived. It had all the basic necessities we needed. The location was perfect. The beach, coffee shop, taco place, Wanna Wanna grill, gas station, gold cart rental were all walking distance. People stayed out late in the courtyard pool, but the noise wasn’t too disturbing. The street is actually Verna Jean, not Polaris, like what was stated on the email. Overall, my family & I had a great Labor Day Weekend

When we arrived, the unit didn’t seem completely ready for us. One of the restrooms didn’t have toilet paper, there were not any sheets for the pullout couch, nor enough towels for the five of us. Thankfully, the property manager came through in acquiring these items; he really saved the entire experience for us. The forms to fill out upon check-in, the “rules sheet,” and other signage like for wifi need to be updated. The paperwork was almost unreadable due to poor printing/copying and there were various wifi passwords listed on notes/sheets. Other than that, the apartment/condo is within walking distance of the beach, but if you are carrying things like coolers or a tent, then you’ll probably need to drive closer to the beach to unload. I’d probably stay again solely due to the affordability and location of the property. Easy fixes could make this place a really great place to stay.
