Granite counters fully equipped kitchen, Flat screen T.V. in each room and 55” in living room, cable, WI-FI, DVD player, Washer/Dryer (available for long term rental 30+ days), Queen size beds and Sofa sleeper. Swimming pool and Hot Tub with plenty of sitting area, rear Private Balcony with views of the Bay and Fireworks displays from Clayton’s and second sitting area in the front overlooking the pool. We would like to make your vacation at South Padre Island a memorable experience by offering you a Condo that meets your needs! Located steps from Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill, 1 mile from Clayton’s Beach Bar & Grill, 1 mile from the Entertainment District and Stripes across the street. Contactless check in and out. We enjoyed this property and stay at South Padre Island. The proximity to Wanna Wanna was a plus. The 2 bedroom condo was nice, clean and had all amenities we required. Paul was quick to reply to any concerns.

Spotlessly clean and well decorated condo. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen and dining/ leaving room spacious. Walking distance to beach, restaurant, coffee shop, and a gas station. Easy communication with host .

Stayed for 2 nights and all went well. Home was clean, property owner is very responsive. I didn't like the dried grass decor other than that I like the location and home.

It was for a friend and her family. All went well. Simple misunderstanding (not reading) on myPart led to a pet problem. Not the owner by far. The dogs were removed and the rest went just fine.
