Wonderful, quiet family oriented 8 plex less than 1 easy block walk to beach

Watch the kids safely swim from your patio that overlooks the shallow pool.

Kitchen has all utencils, blender, toaster, coffee maker (coffee, filter/creamer/sugar substitute all included) all linens, towels, and basic soaps

Super convenient location is walkable to half a dozen restaurants, a convenience store, even the Dollar Store.

While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that

If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.

Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up

While many condos on the island have out dated furniture, this condo is 100% ready to go with a very beachy feel to it. Light caribbean color vibe too.

We bill for either via the Airbnb resolution center prior to arrival. Again, these are fully disclosed for guest convenience as many HOAs are very strict on coverage plans.

Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.

2.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements

Please contact us prior to making a reservation not after about these stipulations above as we have a strict cancel policy. We are fully disclosing this prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules as well as submit a docusign rental agreement contract with a pic of your photo ID to age verify. BB's Taxi OR City Taxi are $3 per person to go anywhere 24 hours a day. Uber/Lyft typically do not have drivers out here, sorry.

This ended up being perfect for our family of 4. Pictures and description are accurate. Having the corner unit balcony was a nice bonus. The unit was so clean! The kitchen was very well stocked which allowed us to fix most of our meals there. We loved the bright, beachy decorations, and you can't beat the short walk to the beach. The beach chairs were a nice bonus! We loved the convenience of the outdoor shower. The pool is pretty small but was nice for the kids to cool off after the walk back from the beach. Check-in/out was easy and having a designated parking space was a plus. The dryer takes a long time to dry. Communication was confusing when booking. There were two parties involved besides VRBO. It seems that a company owns the property and uses a property management company. We received emails from all three (including VRBO.) Both companies requested things from us and we were unsure who to communicate with. Raju was so responsive and helped clear things up. The first time we used the 2nd shower the tub filled with a few inches of water and took quite a while to drain. We called about it the first day and were assured someone would contact us, but they never did. The outside stairs to the 2nd floor need repair - railing was held together by a webbed strap and tread was missing from one step which was a bit of a tripping hazard. Also the gate didn't latch so the code was unnecessary. However, we loved the unit and the location was excellent. We would stay there again.
