Watch the kids safely swim from your patio that overlooks the shallow pool.
Kitchen has all utencils, blender, toaster, coffee maker (coffee,
filter/creamer/sugar substitute all included) all linens, towels, and basic
soaps
Super convenient location is walkable to half a dozen restaurants, a
convenience store, even the Dollar Store.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only
provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want
you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a
power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router
to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top
of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and
plugging it back in it will pop up

Condo is super fresh inside, needs nothing, all maintenance and stock of all
you need inside ready to go!
Max is 6 in this wonderful condo per hoa
While many condos on the island have out dated furniture, this condo is 100%
ready to go with a very beachy feel to it. Light caribbean color vibe too.

Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or
older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to
booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes
with additional requirements.
2.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached
photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre
Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign prior to arrival
to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address.
You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age
verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to
book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional
requirements
Please contact us prior to making a reservation not after about these
stipulations above as we have a strict cancel policy. We are fully disclosing
this prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house
rules as well as submit a docusign rental agreement contract with a pic of
your photo ID to age verify. This is not optional
