About this house rental
This renovated ranch with newly built out lower level offers three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, an office, work out area, a living room with wonderful light coming through the large windows, an additional lounge area on the lower level, a spacious eat-in kitchen with sliding door out to a back deck and extensive lawn and outdoor area with a heated salt water outdoor pool. Sited on ~half acre on a quiet street conveniently located halfway between East Hampton and Sag Harbor Villages, this is a perfect Hamptons retreat!

4 night minimum in June,
5 night minimum July-Labor Day if weekend included, holidays vary

Pool will be open May 8th-October 12th, 2026
Small-medium , perfectly trained dogs ~45 lbs or less may be accepted with prior written approval-
fee may apply.
In the summer season, propane is pay per use for heating the pool.
Of note... the pool heater has not been necessary in prior years June- Labor Day as it gets heated by plenty of natural sun.
This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock.
**The 1300 sq ft lower level has undergone complete renovation. The lower level has a private office, full bathroom, washer/dryer, wet bar cabinet/coffee bar with floating bar table with velvet chairs, lounge area with 60” tv, a peloton which guests are welcome to use (just bring your own cycling shoes!!) also lots of open space for work outs or play.
The main level was also remodeled with new floors, doors, countertops, anderson casement windows/glider and upgrades throughout.

I recently stayed at this amazing home in East Hampton, and it was perfect for our girls' trip! The house is spacious and beautifully decorated, making it ideal for both a fun getaway with friends or a relaxing family vacation. The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to Sag Harbor or East Hampton, where we enjoyed shopping, dining, and exploring.
The outdoor space is simply stunning, offering plenty of room to lounge, swim, and soak up the sun. It felt like our own private oasis. Jennifer, the owner, was fantastic and so easy to communicate with. Everything was seamless from start to finish.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing retreat in East Hampton.

This turned out to be an incredible home that my family was able to enjoy at the end of the summer. Jennifer was so kind and very easy to talk to and was always available before, during and after our trip. I came with my family which included 2 kids (12 and 14yo) and 2 well-trained small dogs which she was kind enough to accommodate. The interior of the home is fully renovated with no flaws. The basement was large and perfect for kids and adults which included a private office. There were plenty of games for kids and TV's. Bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen were equipped with all necessities. Kitchen leads out to outdoor area with deck, grill and a great outdoor area with a pool that was much larger than expected. The street is quiet and the location is excellent as it is equidistant to sag harbor and East Hampton. We were able to drive 10 mins to main beach and there are plenty of other beaches and parks that are just as close. This is a great home and it appears that Jennifer has really made an effort to make this a home that she truly cares about. Thank you so much for letting us be there.
