Privately set down on a long driveway at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and surrounded on three sides by a nature preserve sits this well appointed home full of character and a picturesque wrap around porch. This perfect family getaway is pet-friendly and includes many kid-approved amenities including a ping-pong table, basketball hoop, giant connect four board, hammock, basketball pop-a-shot, board games, outdoor fire pit for roasting marshmallows, and more!
The light filled home has a lovely living room with T.V., fire place, spacious dining area with double sliding doors to the backyard, and wood floors with new rugs throughout the house. This immaculate four bedroom four bathroom house offers a first floor guest bedroom with a bathroom, master suite on the second floor with a newly renovated bathroom and private balcony, along with another guest bedroom and full bath. The additional expansive newly updated finished room above the two-car attached garage can be the fourth suite bedroom that is separate from the other bedrooms and ensures that everyone has their privacy. Each bedroom equipped with cable TV and wireless internet.
The basement is partially finished(Architect plans in place to finish basement) and includes a washer/dryer and private gym. This property is well appointed and meticulously clean and curated to elevate the guest experience. Every detail has been considered and optimized to make the stay effortless and intuitive. The host was helpful, gracious and incredibly responsive. We had the best stay and appreciated the effort taken to ensure easy access and directions for access and operation of the well appointed amenities.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic rental house in the Hamptons, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.
Bonnie, the owner, was incredibly thoughtful and thorough, providing detailed information and instructions well before check-in. This made the arrival process seamless and stress-free.
The house itself is a true gem. It is beautifully decorated, showcasing a blend of style and comfort. Immaculately clean and wonderfully maintained, it truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail has been carefully considered; Bonnie even labeled everything to ensure that settling in was effortless.
The spaciousness of the home is remarkable. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, with new, upscale linens that added a touch of luxury. The closets are plentiful, and the bathrooms are both updated and pristine—everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The outdoor area is a highlight. The large, heated pool is perfect for a refreshing swim, and the array of lounges, beach towels, pool floats, and toys ensured we could fully enjoy the sunny days. It’s clear that Bonnie has thought of everything to make the outdoor space as enjoyable as possible.
In summary, this rental house offers an idyllic setting for a perfect vacation. Bonnie’s meticulous attention to detail and the home's top-notch amenities make it a standout choice for anyone looking to unwind in the Hamptons.

My family had an incredible week here, would definitely book again. House was very clean and looked just like the pictures with a beautiful fenced in backyard. Bonnie was very responsive throughout our booking and made sure we had an easy relaxing stay. Would highly recommend booking here.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Bonnie’s beautiful home. She made everything so easy and was so accommodating. She even put up a fence around the pool to give us an extra layer of protection for our young children. I would highly recommend this property.
