Located in the East Hampton Village Fringe area, this house has 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths on two levels, large heated pool and large entertaining deck with stunning landscape. Upstairs are two guest rooms and balcony and an additional office space that share a bath. Downstairs is a generous master with fireplace with sliders opening up to the pool and decking area. Contemporary in design with 2,000 square feet of open floor plan and spacious design. The house is open and bright. Not to be missed for the summer. The town center and beach are just a short bike ride away.

Daily to weekly Rentals:
-REQUIRED Fees renter pays : Weekly Housekeeping ($400) & Propane gas if pool heater is used. Stays of 1 weeks or more require cleaning service weekly.
-INCLUDED Utilities (owner pays): Electric, Lawn Care/Grass Cutting, Weekly Trash Pick Up, Water, Internet, Cable, Phone. Utilities are not included with rentals more than 27 days.
-SECURITY DEPOSIT: $3,500
Monthly rentals are required to pay Propane, electric and trash pick up and a security deposit of $3500.

My family and I had a great time on a month-long stay at Hank’s house, close to everything in the village.

My family of four stayed at this place for a month and we loved it. The place is exactly as it looks in the photos. The house and the pool are beautiful. And, the landlord (Hank) is very responsive and welcoming. All in all this is a 5 star property and we'd recommend it to anyone, but especially families.
