The house is uncluttered and very spacious. It includes 3 distinct living spaces plus a finished basement with all the amenities. The house boasts all the comforts of 'HOME' with a Pottery Barn feeling. The property is extremely private and secluded. You can walk to the heart of the village each morning for your coffee and take a lap through town.

We loved staying at the home. The location is excellent- steps from the town and the LIRR. There were only 4 of us, but this is such a spacious home, it would be comfortable fir a much larger family. The outdoor space was lovely, the kitchen had all the basics you would need, the laundry machine is huge and there were many areas for people to lounge and watch TV. There’s even a ping pong table in the basement. Overall, this was a great home base for trips to Montauk and sag harbor as well as exploring East Hampton.

This cottage has a perfect location in the heart of East Hampton village. We are a family of five plus friends that came and went. The house has plenty of room, a finished basement with ping pong table and television which my 18 yr old loved, and the upstairs was very comfortable. Our favorite thing was the outdoor shower. The owner was extremely responsive whenever we had a question, and was helpful in every way. We enjoyed our stay.
