About this house rental
Spacious 4 bedroom home with 4.5 bathrooms, on landscaped acre with shallow, in ground, salt water, heated pool with large patio, outdoor grill and garden. Large kitchen with all amenities, sun room overlooks pool, dining room, living room/TV, library/TV room. Finished basement with gym, pool table TV, dart board, ping pong and full bar. Downstairs ensuite bedroom with queen bed and TV. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms including Master bedroom with king bed, a bedroom with queen bed and another bedroom with queen bed (2 additional twin beds available). Located in secluded Dune Alpin close to Red Horse market and CVS, access to two hard surface tennis courts and a short drive to the village or 5 minute drive or less to the beach. Bicycles and beach chairs/umbrella in garage. House trained pets are welcome.

Beautiful setting, and nice & quiet area to walk around with a long walk to market. Home was very spacious, clean and interesting with the many decor items throughout house and filled with many personal items of owners. Outdoor space around pool was very nice while could using some updating of cushions. Pool was delightful in warmer than usual temperatures for mid-June. Kitchen was spacious and nicely appointed. Host was responsive in a timely manner which was very nice to address entry issues and AC issues and resolved concerns as much as possible and provided information. Opportunities for improvement include updating locks for easier entry, due to key being finicky when locking and unlocking. AC went on fritz which was eventually resolved, but suspecting thermostats were not properly registering temperatures throughout stay. I would stay here again!

Great weekend, in a big beautiful house. We enjoyed the pool, sunroom, modern bathrooms and modern kitchen.
