Villa Rolla

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a longer stay. Well equipped kitchen (no microwave), dishwasher, washing machine. Nice view from the balcony to the sea and greenery. The shower and toilet were separate, but quite small. The owner was very helpful. Please note that Booking automatically shows 800 m from the beach, but the property is on the hill and there is no straight path to the sea. So by foot it would take maybe 20 min. along the road (its safe). By car it takes 4 min. On the nearest beach Plaví horizonti there are several parkings. Thank you! Will definitely be back. :)

The apartment was great and clean. The owners were friendly.

There were mosquitoes in the apartment, which disturbed the night's sleep. It is a little far to the beach - 2 km or to the cafe - 1.5 km. It is especially difficult to get back to the apartments, because you have to climb the mountain.

This accomodation was very peaceful and located near tivat, kotor and lustica bay. The hosts were very nice and open to answering all our questions . The appartement was also very clean, airconditioning in every room was also very comforting.

We went with a low car, so parking in front of the house was a bit difficult!

We just loved our vacation which we spent at Villa Rolla! What we liked the most is ofcourse the apartments by itself. Everything was very clean, all household amenities was working perfectly and air conditioning helped a lot. Also there is possibilty to book a small yacht trip, just ask the owner Rolandas, and he will take care of it! We went for it, and that was one of the best experiences. Talking about location - it's amazing, from the terrace you can look at the sea, and the beach is not far away! I really want to mention the owner Rolandas, an amazing person who helped us with every situation we had, you can easily see that it is not only a business to him, he really shows love to all the guests! Cheers Rolandas, we will be visiting Villa Rolla again!
