key code access costs my family 90 mi uses while we were waiting. Sliding door to the main house living room was completely off uts track. Could not be opened or closed!

It was very nice making you feel like you were in the country.
I don’t have any concerns about the house but the grass was a little tall by the pool and we wanted to play crochet with the grandkids but were concerned about playing outside.

The location was perfect! Nice outside seating areas. Beds were comfortable and living room was cozy with a beautiful view. Kitchen had everything we needed.
The host administrators were very responsive when called.
Toilet in casita was not working on arrival and it took 24 hours to resolve so we were not able to use that room and had to room two of us together.
The keurig was like a hotel one with a one cup reservoir that took forever to heat and brew ( unlike mine at home).
Toilet in hall worked if you gave it time between uses but two people could not use the facilities back ti back. Recommend the toilet issues be looked into which is what the maintenance men said who tried to fix the casita on Friday afternoon.
