About this house rental
Cozy house in Sant Pol de Mar 5 minutes from the beach with all the right amenities for a good summer.
The house is divided into three floors, in addition to parking and an indoor play area. On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace and kitchen, there is also a toilet and a wonderful terrace where you see the sea. On the first floor are 3 double bedrooms and one bathroom, two of them onto another terrace. On the upper floor there is a large double room with its terrace and reading area. In the basement is the garage with another bathroom.
Both on the beach and in the same street there are restaurants. Sant Pol de Mar is a beautiful white village of the Maresme coast, quiet and with few hotels, is perfect for families looking for a holiday away from touristy sites. It is between Barcelona and Girona so its situation allows to come to know these cities in a short time: There are trains to Barcelona every 30 minutes. It is also a good place from where to go to meet the Costa Brava.

The property is a short walk from Sant Pol town in quiet area.Frequent trains and buses (although don't always believe the time tables) meant that Barcelona and Girona were relatively easy to reach.Sant Pol isnt a party destination but was perfect for our family get together.Antonio is a great host.

Antonio our host met us at the property and showed us around the house. Nice house, quiet location, approx 50 mins drive to Barcelona or train. The station is nearby. Beach 5 min walk away.

Absolutely wonderful!
We were there for an Ironman race in Calella, and the location was perfect. San Pol de Mar is a beautiful little town right on the beach with tons to explore and has some great restaurants.
The house is definitely cozy, very well equipped and it really felt like home. A 5 minute walk to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to the train station added to the convenience of the location.
Antonio is a great host. He met us at check in for a short tour of the house and to answer any questions. He checked in on us the second day to see if we needed anything and was always there for any questions we had. He was there to collect keys and see us off upon departure.
Thank you Antonio! We would love to come back!
