Very kind staff, very good services and clean apartments. Lovely that there is entertainment twice a week (summer, singers and musicians) and that you can use the hotel facilities (pools, bar - and spa for a fee)
Being picky, wifi was a bit difficult to connect to in certain parts of the premises.

Location is good
Apartments are a bit run down and need some updating. Parking is available on site but they did not honor request for large car parking due to mistake..later solved with a lot of back and forth

Apartment was clean and spacious. Being able to use the pools within the hotel was great

We booked and paid for a specific terrace apartment and when we arrived they had put us in a completely different apartment in a completely different building that does not correspond to the advertised photos. I.e we booked one place and were placed in a completely different one.
