Location of property, access to car parking, plenty of facilities
Collecting keys required traveling to another town. We had a poor experience regarding the readiness of the apartment. On arrival, beds were not made up, no bed lining or towels in the apartment. The water was off.
We contacted the agency but it required one of us returning to the apartment & waiting for the cleaner. No understanding or responsibility shown by agency managing the property. Treated as if we were making a fuss over nothing!
We pay to have the apartment ready for a stay. It wasn’t. Poorly managed by the agency. Would not recommend!
