About this house rental
A beautiful, traditional village house for 12 people with 5 bedrooms spread over 2 floors, fully renovated in 2021, located in the center of Calella, 400 m from the beach and the train station.
On the first floor is the living room-kitchen with an island-dining area (an open-concept space of 45 m²), 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a 150 cm double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), and a full bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen opens onto a 120 m² patio featuring an outdoor table under an awning for sunny days, a saltwater pool (free of artificial chemicals), a terrace with lounge chairs and artificial grass, and a large barbecue.
The house offers many amenities: high-speed fiber-optic internet, a dining room with a smart TV, comfortable furnishings, and air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms.
The kitchen is well-equipped: induction cooktop, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto capsules), etc.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms (1 double bedroom with a 160-cm bed and air conditioning, 1 bedroom with 2 135-cm double beds and air conditioning, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), and a full bathroom with a tub and shower.
A crib is available upon request.
The house is located on the main street, so heavy traffic may cause some disturbance in the 2 bedrooms facing the street.
We have another house right next door, also accommodating 12 people and featuring a private pool, so we can host groups of friends or families of up to 24 people.
Calella is a town with a long tradition of tourism, formerly a fishing village. People from all over Europe come together on its beaches and narrow streets. Music festivals and culinary events are held here.
In the area: Excellent local cuisine, golf, tennis, paddle tennis, hiking, fishing, water sports, boat tours (Costa Brava)....
Please note that you must pay the tourist tax (€2/night/adult over 16 years old, for a maximum of 7 nights) in cash at check-in.

This property is excellent for a large family group.It has all the amenities you need for a family stay.I would give it 9.5 out of 10 the half point drop is due to 2 issues, 1st a busy road at the front of the property and I belive in this day and age the electric points should have ESB ports but a excellent property

As a family of adults ages 18 to 70s we loved the location it was easily walkable to the centre and beach. The villa is amazing with 6 bedrooms a lounge and dining room inside plus a large seating area next to the pool and sunbeds on a terrace. Everything was clean and the rooms were decorated really nicely. Jordi our host was brilliant before our stay he kept in touch then when we arrived he welcomed us and explained how everthing worked. We will he back next year.

My Friends and I stayed at the place for almost two weeks and the place was great. It was very clean, modern and welcoming. The host is extremely friendly and answers any questions. Once we had a small problem and he came immediately to fix it. He was always reachable and he was very reliable.
The house itself was very well organized and had all appliances you need which is a big advantage. Another important feature was the modernity of the accommodation especially the kitchen, which is well equipped and looked newly renovated.
The garden/terrace and the balcony is a great place to hang out and eat. And of course the pool offers a place of fun.
All in all, everything was well prepared by the friendly host and the accommodation itself is modern, clean and perfect.

We had a great stay in this house.
The house is clean and the location is perfect: very close to shops and also close to the beach and clubs.
The owner of the house is very helpful and responds very quickly.
