Хорошее местоположения, очень близко к пляжу. Комфортно, супер что есть две ванны, посудомойка стиралка, кухня совсем необходимым. Для меня была плюсом что был самокат и конструктор для моего ребёнка😉 То что было шумно на улице, никак не зависит от хозяев жилья😊(для этого лежали беруши, спасибо)
Это не обязательно, но было бы неплохо если бы в наличии было бы несколько капсул для стирки и посудомоечной машины, ко всему остальному претензий нет.

Все было так,как заявлено в описании. Железнодорожный вокзал может и создавал немного шума, но от того,что он был близко, удобно было добраться до Барселоны и при желании, до других городов на побережье. Пляж отличный,все магазнинчики в шаговой доступности,как и рестораны и кафе.
Погода могла бы быть чуть похолоднее. 36 градусов немного жарковато. Но оттого ,что то наши хорошие аппартаменты находись в 5 минутах от пляжа, всегда можно было сходить домой отдохнуть и снова вернуться.

Отличная квартира со всем необходимым и даже больше. Очень чистая и аккуратная, 2 больших балкона, 2 санузла, полностью оборудованная кухня, кофемашина, стиральная машина, сушка. Идеальное расположение, до ж/д станции, пешеходной улицы и пляжа рукой подать!
