The apartment has 90 square meters, with a terrace of 12 meters overlooking the sea, you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea without leaving home.
inside the apartment, with a spacious living room of 20 square meters with TV 42 ", two rooms of 10 square meters each with fitted wardrobes and a third room of 8 meters, all rooms are exterior, the bed of 1. 35 is overlooking the sea and the other two with mountain views (four beds of 90 cm). The urbanization is called Monte y Mar. Large kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, dryer, crockery and enough crockery for 6 people.
The bathroom is also large, with a bathtub of 1.50.
The urbanization has two swimming pools for adults and two for children. There is a lifeguard. Also for children there is a playground for children, a garden, and a mini basketball court and a football pitch.
It also has a private garage, with night surveillance.
There is a bus stop at the door to the center of Alicante arriving in 10 minutes.
At 100 there is also a tram stop in the same direction and approximate time. You can also travel with this system the entire coast to Benidorm if you do not have a vehicle, since it is not really necessary and you may be more comfortable because of the good situation that the apartment has.
