About this villa rental
The villa, located about 600 m from the Campus beach, is divided into two distinct housing units, each with a private garden and its own entrance.
Immersed in greenery, it is ideal for those who want privacy in large spaces and for those with children who can play safely freely. There is the possibility of hosting animals.
The apartment on the lower floor is located on one level, with 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people. There are two bathrooms, both with shower cubicle, sink, bidet, and toilet.
On the lower floor there is also a large living room with dining table and fireplace and kitchen.
Outside there is a covered veranda with outdoor table and chairs, with a large independent garden, where you will find deck chairs where you can relax in the sun. An outdoor shower will make moments spent outdoors more comfortable on hot days.
The apartment offers the following accessories:

- Garden / barbecue furniture
- washing machine - hairdryer - satellite TV
- Conditioners
- Bed, bath and kitchen linen on request for a fee

Campus beach is about 1000 m wide, has white sand, while on the sides it is limited by a cliff where it is possible to snorkel.
A short distance away there are tennis courts and soccer fields.
A 5 minute walk you will find the market, the tobacco bar, the restaurant and the pizzeria.
The village of Villasimius is 2.5 km away, reachable by punctual and efficient shuttle buses.
At 5 km you will find the marina where you can rent a boat to see the coast from the sea, go diving and fishing.
The villa can be rented for a minimum period of 1 week.

we loved everything: the apartment was perfectly (I mean perfectly!) clean, it is spacious and quiet. The position is perfect, possible to reach the campus beach on foot in less than 10 min, Villasimius with the car is 5 min away. For us (and our small dog) the perfect holiday!!!
