About this apartment rental
Close to sailing, scuba diving, and more, this 80 m² apartment brings it all within reach. Jump into your car, enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking, and make short work of the 3-minute drive to Piscina Rei Beach, the 4-minute drive to Scoglio di Peppino or reach the Monte Nai Beach, it's only a 5 minute walk from the house (300m).
After you return to the apartment, unwind or sip a drink in the furnished veranda with wonderful sea view.
As for the indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, satellite TV, coffee machine and kettle, safe and more.
The bright kitchen-living room on the lower floor opens directly onto the veranda through a large French window, creating a sense of continuity with the terrace, and is equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals both indoors and outdoors where there is also a barbecue for outdoor grilling.
On the upper level, in the sleeping area, you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms for 6 guests. In addition to the two rooms with sea view (one double and one spacious with two single beds and balcony), there is a double room with a window that allows access to a small terrace.
The 2 full bathrooms are located one on each floor and feature amenities such as a hairdryer and a straightener to save space in your suitcase. There is also a washing machine with everything you need for laundry, so you can leave even lighter. On request you can also find bed linen and towels already at your disposal (sheets, pillowcases and a complete set of bath towels for an additional cost of € 15 per person per stay).
Markets and restaurants in Costa Rei are generally closed from October 15th until Easter, in this period the nearest markets are located in Oliaspeciosa and Villasimius.

In case of groups or large families, it is also possible to rent the adjacent apartment, of the same size and type, with access from the same staircase.

We had a great time in Costa Rei and the flat of Roger and Monica was perfect. The overwhelming view and the short way to the beach were very nice.

We were very warmly greeted by Roger & Monica on arrival to the apartment. The apartment is nicely furnished & was spotlessly clean. Roger & Monica had left welcome food/drinks for us on arrival which was so lovely. The apartment was fully equipped & we needed nothing else. The sea view from the apartment is amazing. Lots of room on the beach even in July. Roger/Monica were so helpful from the minute we made the booking. Always available to give us tips on what beaches to go to, restaurants to eat at etc. We would highly recommend this lovely apartment & would love to return.

Roger and his wife welcomed us warmly with sweet cakes and Sardinian liqueur. We have never been welcomed so nicely in a vacation home.
