The location was really good .Despite the fact that there was a heatwave ,it was quite easy to reach all sights. The place had a vintage atmopsphere .There were logs instead of bedside tables .The ceilng was really impressive with arches . There was a vintage chest and a wardrobe too . There was a small, but effective fridge.The couple of owners were so polite and cultivated.It was so clear from thier voices and appearance .They treated us with nice pastizzioto.
You had the feeling there was not enough space . If you opened the single bed ( sofa) you could not actually access the patio door .Also I was surprised there were no cutlery or crockery at all. Not even one spoon or a fork or a knife . There was no sink of course but there was a fridge .It was very difficult for us to have breakfast ( because of health problems I had to have my own breakfast in the room ). I have to mention that we saw cockroaches in the room .More than one .According to the owners ,there is anti pest spraying ,and that is why they come out at night. However ,it was really shocking for us .Also there were problems with airconditioning but lets be honest ,this could happen to anybody.

The room is very large, the location is fantastic, nearby everything but very quiet. A gentleman was waiting for us to hand over the key.
The description on Booking a bit off. There is no real balcony because it is a ground floor flat so it only a large window with a balcony gate in front. There is no coffee facility in the room nor in the public area. The sauna is in the shared public space and Euro 20 extra which is understandable since the room rate is low but in the room description it literally says 'this double room offers a sauna' and this is listed under bathroom. There is also no desk in the room but there are tables in the public area which is shared only with 1 other room. None of it big issues, especially not considering the low price of the accommodation but it would be better not to say in the description if it is not there.

Our stay was perfect, awesome matress and wonderful bathroom. The room was very clean and very comfortable. I highly recommand for anyone visiting Lecce.
