L’emplacement est idéal. Parking payant pas loin pour stationner si besoin. Bonne communication avec la conciergerie. Accès facilité avec boîte à clefs.
Bcp de bruit : chien qui aboie jusque tard dans la nuit, voisins bruyants, rue passante (l’appartement est au rez de chaussée et les fenêtres donnent sur la rue). Les matelas sont creusés et les sommiers grincent. La douche fuit. Pas de cafetière
