The property was located in a very prized location with a stone's throw off from the promenade and all amenities. The property itself though quite dated was very well looked after retaining the very good taste of paintings from Picasso and others. The living room especially was very colourful and had a great taste of decor. The toilets and bedrooms were all very clean. The bedrooms faced the back of the street which made them perfect for no noise from the facing street of the living room. The balcony of the living room was the jewel, we spent hours standing and looking outside and trying to see the world passing by. My daughter especially loved the balcony. The property itself was close to several beautiful cafes in Nice and old Nice was just a short pleasant 20 min walk away. The cheery on the cake was the convenience of storing our luggages (5 of them) with Nestor and Jeeves. They were very helpful in allowing us to store our luggage on our last day so we could roam around Nice freely. It was a very good gesture. All in all we loved staying with Nestor and Jeeves in this apartment.

Really disliked the fact that the property had no lights turn on automatically, which made it very hard to use the 3 keys to unlock the door. The instructions in unlocking all the 3 locks could be more clearer in the instructions on booking.com or from the agents themselves

Ample space, good security, good facilties. Really close to restaurants and the beach ⛱️

The mixer in the shower got red hot and burns you when you bump into it.

Väldigt slitet kök och vardagsrum. Tv fungerade inte ( inte ens tekniker kunde sätta igång den). Kuddarna klumpar.
