Amazing stay, amazing hosts and amazing memories Thank you for letting us share your home!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ivana and Miho’s villa as a party of seven. From the very start, their communication was excellent—every question we had before arrival was answered promptly and thoroughly. Both Ivana and Miho are incredibly professional yet so approachable, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality is truly outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic holiday. They provided fantastic recommendations for places to visit and eat, which really enhanced our experience. One of the highlights was spending a day island hopping with Miho and his boat—everything was perfectly organised and so much fun. Although Ivana and Miho live in the same villa, you’d hardly know they were there, as they were always out and about when we were around. Yet, they made time to share a lovely evening with us, preparing a delicious BBQ with far more food than we could possibly eat! They are both very easy-going and genuinely care about their guests’ comfort. We would definitely come back—this was one of the best holidays we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommended!

Amazing, I recommend to everyone and will return

Communication and customer service is absolutely excellent. I felt so welcomed and it’s one of the best experiences I have had. The owners even brought us some food for the night as they knew we were arriving late. Besides the kindness of the owners, the place is incredible. It is so beautiful and clean and just as pictured and described. We loved everything and will be returning next year to stay here too.

The best property I ve been to in 10 years of booking.com

Great view, very spacious and clean property, super helpful guests - they cooked a traditional meal for us without us asking and it was wonderful - with cherries from their garden, potatoes from their field and traditional sauces that they make. We could charge our electric vehicle, we asked for a second key and this was provided. We had to cancel a day from our stay due to ship cancellation and even though this was not as per policy they refunded us for the day - no questions asked. We needed guidance on where to park in Dubrovnik safely and they guided us accordingly. I was proposed to during my stay and the owner came our running with champagne. They are great people. If you are in Dubrovnik, stay nowhere else.

Superb villa

The host were superb! We were greeted with a snack and we even had a bbq with the hosts in the evening! The outdoor are and pool were great for all the family. All rooms have en-suite shower rooms. Our kids also loved their bedrooms on the attic.

Lovely villa with pool. All 4 bedrooms are en-suite with good showers. Nice fire pit, barbecue area and delicious figs on fig trees Amazing hosts- Ivana and Mehoe ( sorry may have spelt it wrong) couldn’t do enough! They went out of their way to cook a dinner for us on the day we checked in as we reached late. They even hosted a barbecue and baked a special birthday cake despite their own busy lives.

Definitely stay here

We loved everything about our stay here! Ivana and Miho were such lovely hosts; so accommodating and hospitable. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a brilliant time, and the villa itself was so well kept and clean- we especially loved the pool!! Can't reccomend here enough! We will definitely be back.

Good value, good spec, good hospitality!

The owners, Ivana and her husband, made contact with me and we easily made arrangements for how and when to arrive. They live on the ground floor of the property but we did not really see them over the week, other than on arrival, when they made us very welcome with a welcome drink, snacks and top tips on where to go on this part of the coast. Full marks for hospitality!

It is a great property at a good price - reflecting that it is a 10 minute drive from the main coastal road. We saw this as an advantage, as the location has good mountain views and is quiet and calm, away from the tourist hubbub. Others may see this as too far, but with a car it is no hassle. The Sun Gardens hotel is nearby, with restaurants and views and Zaton bay offers shops and swimming too.

If we will plan in the future some other vacation around Dubrovnik, we will for sure come back.

Everything worked out as planned. The place was exactly as described and I would say exceeded our expectations. The house itself is very well maintained, clean and for two families ideally divided so that everyone can find his privacy if needed, plus it has a very unique and cozy style. The garden, grilling and pool area are simply a dream for both adults and children. But to be honest, what really made the difference, were the the hosts. Both Ivana and Miho has been very helpful with all possible needs and information (beaches, restaurants, shopping, hiking/walking tips, etc...) and on top of this they really made us feeling not just like guests, but like home. We were lucky enough to be there for a National Holiday and we spent the afternoon together grilling (Miho grilled for all of us... :), drinking and talking as if we would have known each other for years.

I cannot find anything bad to say regarding this place and the hots. Everything was as described and the kindness and helpfulness of Ivana and Miho made it for sure special to all of us.

Amazing property!!

Brilliant villa, Ivana & Miho were amazing hosts. They respected our privacy but were also avaliable to help us and very welcoming. Bbq area, pool, firepit all brilliant, lovely garden. Relaxing location. We were recommended quad biking and local meal at Laptalo which were both great. Wish we could have stayed longer. Close to lovely beaches and dubrovnik.

Wonderful stay near Dubrovnik

Wonderful location next to Dubrovnik around 20minutes car ride or taxi. We had the most amazing hosts Miho and Ivana we could not have asked for a better property to stay in. They accommodated us with everything and were always happy to help. The property itself was immaculately clean and each room had our own bathroom. There was all required amenities plus more with our own pool and so many toys, trampoline and things to do with the kids. There was a fireplace and swing where we would sit outside in the evening. We will definitely be recommending this to anyone thinking of going Croatia. A lot of thought has gone into decorating the property. Thank you so much for taking care of us and having us stay in this beautiful villa. Meera, Ravi and family.

Amazing hosts, beautiful property

Our hosts Ivana and Miho were amazing. The Villa provides 4 double rooms each with en-suite bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen area and stunning outside living space. We were provided with local recommendations, the boat trip and restaurants visited were all 5 star. Ivana and Miho have a developed a perfect balance of being available when needed and respecting guests privacy. I would 100% recommend this beautiful property and look forward to visiting again.

Einfach nur eine 10/10 mit Menschen, die das mit Liebe und Herz machen!

Das war die schönste und wärmste Begrüßung in einer Unterkunft die ich jemals hatte. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Micho begrüßt und nach einem kurzen einordnen dann später nochmal ausführlich herzlich willkommen geheißen mit Getränken und häppchen - luxus!

Da gibt es einfach garnichts - ganz im gegenteil. Wir waren etwas überrascht, dass wir uns die Unterkunft quasi mit der Familie teilen aber wir haben uns alle sehr schnell wie ein Teil davon gefühlt und auch wenn sie, wie gesagt, unten Leben - haben sie sehr viel Rücksicht auf unseren Raum genommen.

Alles in het huis was netjes en schoon. De hosts Ivana en Miho waren ontzettend aardig en attent en hebben ons echt welkom laten voelen. Als vriendengroep konden wij gewoon onze gang gaan en hoefde we geen rekening te houden met buren etc. Het was erg fijn dat alle 4 de kamers een eigen badkamer hadden. Ook was het erg leuk en lekker om samen met Ivana en Miho te eten. Ze hadden een leuke barbecue georganiseerd en we hebben gezellig met elkaar gepraat.

Cudowne i bardzo wygodne miejsce. 4 klimatyzowane sypialnie z łazienkami, przestronny salon i taras- mnóstwo miejsca dla 8 osób! Sporo miejsca na zewnątrz, świetny basen z leżakami, ogród z ławeczkami i huśtawkami, a do tego osobna wiata z grillem, dużym stołem i lodówką. Jakby tego było mało najwspanialsi gospodarze, bardzo gościnni i pomocni we wszystkim, którzy zorganizowali dla nas kolację z lokalnymi specjałami i wycieczkę łódka na wyspy. Dobra baza na wypady do Dubrownika ( 25 minut samochodem) lub plaże ( 15 minut samochodem) . Dom położony w spokojnej i cichej okolicy. Serdecznie polecam!

Wunderschön, sehr sauber, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, unglaublich herzlich

Wunderschön, der Pool, das Haus, die Hygiene und die Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich, unglaublich herzlich und sehr sauber. Sind auf alle Wünsche eingegangen und die Villa war perfekt für Entspannung. Der Grill draußen war super ausgestattet & sie haben und geholfen beim grillen. Wir hatten auch eine Bootsfahrt gemietet und da wurden wir auch gefahren und abgeholt. Es war wirklich unbeschreiblich schön und wir werden die Villa auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen und auch jedem weiterempfehlen.
