Unfortunately, the place did not meet my expectations; it was too cold.

Communication with the agency was okay. The property is in a nice location, the apartment was a good size, the terrace had a beautiful view.

The property is in a nice location, the apartment was a good size, the terrace had a beautiful view, and it's a shame that the property is not suitable for winter use. The air conditioners are old and do not heat well. The space could not be warmed up even during three days of stay, especially the living room and the room next to the living room. There is no heating in the bathroom, and it was too cold for bathing or showering. For winter conditions, additional blankets were also missing, as the existing ones are too thin when the property is not warm enough.

Very relaxing

The host made the whole stay very pleasant for me. He helped me with my trips and bookings, it was all very easy and convenient! The apartment was good and the beach is very close!

Gorgeous location and a big beach house

The property was gorgeous and had a beautiful terrace, was right in front of the water and very close to the beach. The host provided us with loungers which we utilized for sunbathing. Overall it was a beautiful house and the kids loved it.

The property location in gorgeous, the house was a little outdated with the kitchen items and the bathroom. And no matter how well we cleaned up after ourselves in the morning we would find little ants in the kitchen. None of these are any indication that we did not enjoy our trip or would book it again.

Location is spectacular, house needs to be updated.

If it wasn't for the location this would have been like a Carry on film. The property has a beautiful terrace that overlooks the sea with ladders down to the water. The terrace is a shared walkway for the 2 other properties beside this one as well as the shared outdoor shower so you could be having dinner with a stranger showering in front of you. The driveway is also first come first served. None of this was made clear on Booking.com. Limited bus service and stops at 5pm. There is no beach below the property only another shared terrace and it's just a drop so any children could not be left alone. It is a good terrace but again, first come, first served. There was a deflated paddle-board, no pump, one oar and a lilo in the downstairs store. A great shame as it was an excellent paddle-board location. Lots of sea urchins so beach shoes are a must. However there is a lovely little public stone beach 10 mins away along the sea path and over some smooth rocks. The property is big with 4 good size bedrooms, 5 beds, all with good plantation blinds and double glazed windows. 3 good sized bathrooms, a living room and kitchen and an upstairs landing with a big vista window and mosquito net. We had lots of towels, each bed had 1 or 2 incredibly awful pillows and a quilt. The mattresses were like sleeping on a flat rock. There are no shops or restaurants around but we didn't mind as we had a car. Lidl and other supermarkets are 15 mins away. Uber service was fantastic for getting into the old city.

The whole property was furnished like the left overs of a jumble sale apart from the two sofas in the living room. A few thousand pounds would sort this property into something really special. Doors are old, things aren't finished off properly, nothing matches, the kitchen is a mish mash of weird objects. We had to buy mugs in the supermarket as there were only 2 old work mugs. The large downstairs bedroom has an odd garden water feature in it, still plumbed in which started to leak. It has soil in the bottom which is even weirder! The air conditioning in the living room never was fixed and the other unit controllers needed new batteries which never materialised. However, a large portion of the living room ceiling falling down due to a leak in the upstairs shower paled everything else into comparison. We had no upstairs shower for 24 hours, can cope with that, but mushrooms and black mould very quickly sprouted across the wet living room ceiling, didn't want to cope with that. There was a good washing machine and dishwasher in the property but an old outside dryer was falling apart every time it was used. The upstairs toilet had the unusual set up of opening out to another properties small terrace so when using the toilet it was essential to have the blind and window shut, unless you like to share everything! One of the bedrooms had a globe ceiling light which was full of dead bugs so when it was on it looked like a horror film. We could not access the property until smack on 3pm and the cleaners were waiting on us vacating the property at 9am on the day of departure. The manager was a lovely guy but there were so many things going wrong we gave up. I really would like to correspond with the actual owner as it was very poor service for what we paid.

Nice view, But Misleading Listing and Poor Maintenance

The manager was very friendly and helpful. He did his best to assist us during our stay. The property is in front of the sea, with a peaceful and quiet atmosphere – perfect for relaxing.

The apartment looked very different from the pictures on the listing. The photos show a stylish, luxury space, but in reality, the room was very basic and almost empty. No hot water for three days, which made it very difficult to enjoy our stay. The kitchen was poorly equipped: broken coffee machine, only two pots and pans, no oven, no proper cutlery or glasses. The bathroom had fungus, and several things in the apartment were broken or damaged. The place felt like someone moved out and took all the furniture, and now it’s being rented using old photos. The location is isolated – no supermarkets nearby and no food delivery service available in the area. Overall, it felt like false advertising. The property is not in the condition shown in the photos and clearly needs repairs and updates.

Katastrofalno iskustvo, izbjegavati!

Zdravstveni rizik i neprofesionalno ponašanje Naša porodica je pretrpjela najgori mogući smještajni doživljaj tokom boravka u apartmanu "Sea Star" u Lozici. Izvršili smo uplatu po početnoj rezervaciji za 7 noćenja (20.-27.7.2025), a umjesto odmora, suočili smo se sa: a) Curenjem "kanalizacije"! - 21.7. primijetili smo smrdljivu tečnost koja je curila iz zida objekta. Agent Petar (koji se nije ni pozdravio pristojno) umjesto da dođe na lice mjesta, licemjerno je tražio da mu pošaljemo fotografije događaja. - Vlasnik Ante potvrdio je da je curenje sirove kanalizacije iz septičke jame, koja ima otvor na terasi gdje smo jeli! Tečnost je curila do ležaljki i u more gdje smo kupali. Trebalo je isti dan isprazniti septičku jamu. b) Lažima i ignorisanjem problema! - Petar je lažno tvrdio Booking.com-u da "nije bilo curenja" i da su "nadležne institucije potvrdile da je voda bezbjedna". - Laž! Na lice mjesta je došao lokalni majstor sa vlasnikom objekta tvrdeći da se radi o sadržaju septičke jame, te da se ista treba što prije isprazniti. c) Štakorima na terasi! - Noću su štakori trčali preko terase! Čistačica nas je upozorila da držimo vrata apartmana zatvorena. d) Izmjenom perioda rezervacije bez našeg odobrenja! - Nakon što smo napustili objekat pod ovakvim okolnostima 22.7., Booking je u dogovoru s agentom samovoljno odredio rezervaciju od 20.–24.7.! odredio sasvim novu cijenu za taj period a pri tome naplatio cijeli iznos rezervacije za 7 noći!!! Nevjerovatno! e) Ignorisan zahtjev za refundaciju do danas! - Vlasnik i Petar odbili su nam alternativni smještaj ili povrat novca. - Booking.com nam je refundirao samo 31 € kao izraz "dobre volje" umjesto potpunog povrata za 5 neiskorištenih noći. Preporuka: Bježite od ovog objekta! - Nehigijenski uslovi, lažne tvrdnje i neodgovornost agenta Petra i Booking.com-a čine ovaj boravak najgorim iskustvom ikad. Booking.com – vi ste dio problema!

Wir kommen definitiv wieder

Der Direkte zugang an den Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es waren immer genug Parkmöglichkeiten an der Strasse da . Wir haben 2 Etagen gemietet gehabt , es war alles nötige da was man für tätgliches leben braucht . Wenn man etwas einkaufen musste , braucht man mit dem Auto ca 10 min hin . Peter war immer zu erreichen. Also im großem und ganzen ein gelungener Urlaub .

Wir haben nichts auszusetzen, es war alles wunderbar.
