Check-in from 3:00 PM
Reception hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM): Check in at reception, leave luggage, and collect keys if arriving early
Outside reception hours: Self-check-in available after completing guest registration and paying the tourist tax via secure online links.
To receive the codes and instructions for the key locker and building entrance, you must first complete the mandatory guest data registration and pay the tourist tax/pending payments via the secure online links we will send.
Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges).
Keys are collected at the Cool Jazz building next door.
Check-out by 11:00 AM — please remove trash, leave keys inside, and close the door securely
Please leave the apartment in an adequate condition after your checkout

First apartment we rented was at the 3rd floor. It is well equipped, somewhat worn out - visible scatches on tge wall in the living room. Rooms are small. When sofa bed is open in the living room you have to step over it to get to the bedroom. Balcony is tiny small and facing rather ugly courtyard - not as good as pictures. Then we rented apartment at the 5th floor, pretty much the same - just higher floor, not sure why they charge more. The service is the weak point. When arriving our flight was delayed. We notified them in advance, but when arrived we had to wait for someone 1,5 hours to do checkin - the person who was on duty till 5 pm already left for the day and someone else who could do checkin was not there till 18:30... waiting with 3 kids and 6 bags after a long travel was very annoying.
