Key Information for Your Stay
Check-in: From 3:00 PM onwards.
During reception hours (Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM): Check in at reception, leave luggage, and collect your keys if you arrive before 3:00 PM
Outside reception hours: Self-check-in is available. To receive the codes and instructions for the key locker and building entrance, you must first complete the mandatory guest data registration and pay the tourist tax/pending payments via the secure online links we will send.
Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges).
Once completed, you’ll receive codes and instructions for the key locker and building entrance.
Keys are collected from the Cool Jazz building next door to Hot Jazz.
Check-out: Strictly 11:00 AM.
Please take out trash, leave keys inside the apartment, and close the door behind you.
Please leave the apartment in an adequate condition after your checkout

There for just under a week. Difficult to get info due to 6 hour time difference and not all links worked. The link to store our luggage at a storage facility did not work, could not leave at flat and no one offered to store our luggage at check in area. Check in and flat are a couple doors away making it confusing and check in doesn’t open until 10 or 1030 but no one said that. So spent 1st morning dragging our luggage around looking for luggage storage nearby. Flat is nice but the balcony overlooks the behind neighbors house and pool so didn’t use. There was construction somewhere I think in the building making an afternoon siesta impossible. If check in had been smoother my rant would be less. But nice neighborhood, lots of cafes nearby and walking distance to the Sagrada Família.We didn't cook or eat in the apartment. Shampoo is the hand soap/body wash. 4 rolls of toilet paper 1 roll paper towels after that you buy your own. Had a clothes washer, did not use. Assume kitchen works we only used the refrigerator to keep our water cold. Location nice.
