This condo is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath (1150 square feet) with a keyless entry and a 6 person max including children of all ages.
Parking is in a 2 car garage (height 7 feet). To enter, you walk upstairs two floors from the garage to the private entrance.
There is a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and a balcony with a propane barbeque (propane is provided), 2 bedrooms, and 2 hall baths in between the 2 bedrooms.
The balcony has a wonderful south facing view toward Crowley Lake and the Owens Valley.
Living area amenities include in room WIFI, a Smart TV, and a woodburning fireplace. Wood is stored in the garage.
This condo has ski in / ski out access to Eagle Lodge during the winter months. Low level intermediate ski/riding ability is required.
The ski trails are groomed by Mammoth Mountain
During summer months, enjoy single track mountain bike and hiking trails right from the property. A bike pass is required from 9 am til 6 pm to use these trails
Common Area Amenities include a Year Round Indoor Spa and a Seasonal Outdoor Pool with a fantastic view (typically open from late May through mid September, and a Small Universal Gym and Central Laundry Room

Great views. High up the canyon with a steep road that was well maintained and plowed regularly. There are not many locations in Mammoth that have the ski in/out option. We would come back again.
