Great location, very nice place. The checkin was a real pain - picking up the keys at a separate place, having no parking pass where they said it would be, and general lack of information about the place. I liked the place but not the property manager.

Our key was not in the lockbox, had to call and wait 30 minutes for someone to bring our key.
Had to call the property directly to obtain a second parking pass even though garage was empty. No elevator from parking garage, had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the unit.
Interior of unit was fine, but steep stairs to the loft. Would not recommend to older couples.
