This condo is a corner 3 Bdrm, 2.5 Bath (1250 square feet) with a keyless entry and an 8 person max including children of all ages.
From the 2 car private garage (height 7 feet), you walk down one floor to the private entrance. The condo is 2 levels once inside.
The entrance floor includes the kitchen, 1/2 bath, dining area, living room and laundry room.
There is 30 feet of glass along the front and 20 feet along the side, providing a huge view facing down toward Canyon Lodge on one side and south toward the Owens Valley on the other side.
Living area amenities include WIFI, a bluetooth sound bar, 50 inch Smart TV, and a woodburning fireplace. Wood and a bbq are stored in the private 2 car garage. The bedrooms and full baths are downstairs 1 floor from the living area.
This condo has ski in / ski out access to Canyon Lodge during the winter months. Intermediate ski/riding ability is required.
The ski trails are groomed by Mammoth Mountain
During summer months, enjoy single track mountain bike and hiking trails right from the property. A bike pass is required from 9 am til 6 pm to use these trails
Common Area Amenities include a Year Round Indoor Spa and a Seasonal Outdoor Pool with a fantastic view (typically open from late May through mid September, and a Small Universal Gym and Central Laundry Room

Had a great time at this clean and pleasant condo. The fireplace and free firewood added a nice touch to the ambiance. The appliances and the accessories were of great quality. 101 Great Escapes was very professional and organized and a pleasure to work with. The reason for the 4-Star is that is was very pricey.

Property was as advertised, but first impressions weren't so great. Master bath toilet seat was delaminating and unsightly. Master BR ceiling fan did not work. Wooden transitions between rooms had protruding/sharp nails which presented a daily hazard. Mixing bowls were all chipped and cut one guest's finger. Garage and entry were very dirty so hard not to track into unit! Pool area and deck were poorly maintained, with junk piled all around. Liked the unit overall, especially the wall-to-wall windows, and it was obviously renovated in the last several years, but would not stay here again for the money.
