This 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom sleeps up to 8 and is walking distance to Canyon Lodge! It is comprised of 2 bedrooms and an enclosed loft. Enjoy a full kitchen, TV, DVD, WiFi, and gas fireplace. This unit also has a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed with a TV. The second bedroom has a king bed with a TV. The loft has a bunk bed with a full size bottom bunk and a TV and the living room has a sofa sleeper. It offers a private BBQ. The Silver Bear common area has an recreation room to enjoy with a lounge with a Foosball table, fireplace and reading area, as well as showers. There is a year round sauna, covered Jacuzzi, outdoor Jacuzzi, communal gas BBQ grill area and in Summer a small plunge pool and fire pit. Enjoy a heated underground parking garage for 1 car (garage clearance is 7' 2") with interior hallways and accessible elevator access to your unit on the 3rd floor. Located on the blue shuttle line. The unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Water damage visible, counter top damaged and covered with tape, stair rail broken. Have been renting for years but will not be staying until these issues resolved.
