This condo is a single level 2 Bdrm, 2 Bath (1100 square feet) with a keyless entry and a 6 person max including children of all ages.
Parking is in a single car garage (height 7 feet). To enter, you walk upstairs one floor from the garage to the private entrance. The condo is a single level once inside.
There is a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and a balcony with a propane barbeque (propane is provided), 2 bedrooms, and 2 baths.
The balcony has a wonderful south facing view toward Crowley Lake and the Owens Valley.
Living area amenities include in room WIFI, a Smart TV, and a woodburning fireplace. Wood is stored in the garage.
This condo has ski in / ski out access to Eagle Lodge during the winter months. Low level intermediate ski/riding ability is required.
The ski trails are groomed by Mammoth Mountain
During summer months, enjoy single track mountain bike and hiking trails right from the property. A bike pass is required from 9 am til 6 pm to use these trails
Common Area Amenities include a Year Round Indoor Spa and a Seasonal Outdoor Pool with a fantastic view (typically open from late May through mid September, and a Small Universal Gym and Central Laundry Room

We attempted to make it to the property but it was up a step, icy hill during a storm and nothing short of 4 wheel drive could make it. Thankfully, the property manager had a cancellation at another condo in town and quickly allowed us to change. We had a wonderful family vacation. The property was stocked with games, firewood, and kitchen supplies; everything you need for a winter getaway.
