About this apartment rental
This condo is a large 2 Bdrm, 2.5 Bath (1250 square feet) with a keyless entry and a 6 person max including children of all ages.
From the 1 car private garage (height 6 feet, 8 inches), you walk down one floor to the private entrance. A second vehicle can park outside adjacent to the unit at the property entrance. The condo is 2 levels once inside.
The entrance floor includes the kitchen, 1/2 bath, dining area, living room, and a balcony with a propane barbeque (propane is provided).
There is 30 feet of glass along the front and 5 feet along the side, providing a huge south facing view toward the Owens Valley in the front and a view toward Mammoth Rock on the side.
Living area amenities include in room WIFI, a Smart TV, and a woodburning fireplace. Wood is stored in the garage. The bedrooms and full baths are downstairs 1 floor from the living area.
This condo has ski in / ski out access to Eagle Lodge during the winter months. Low level intermediate ski/riding ability is required.
The ski trails are groomed by Mammoth Mountain
During summer months, enjoy single track mountain bike and hiking trails right from the property. A bike pass is required from 9 am til 6 pm to use these trails
Common Area Amenities include a Year Round Indoor Spa and a Seasonal Outdoor Pool with a fantastic view (typically open from late May through mid September, and a Small Universal Gym and Central Laundry Room

Can't beat the view...and the ski in, ski out was nice and not difficult at all.
About a 7 min walk to get to drop off spot.
The amenities are pretty bear boned, so bring your own kitchen gear if you plan on doing much cooking...overall, I'd go back again....just a little more prepared

We loved the view!!!
On the other hand, the Furnishings, rugs, linens really need to be updated. For the price we paid the quality of these items were disappointing. Also, it includes a one car garage that is very, very difficult to get into in the snow because of the location and narrowness of the garage. We don’t have a large car and we could not get our car in the garage. So that amenity was a waste.
I would stay again if the interior was updated.
