About this house rental
3 bedroom 2 bath beach house with full basement (including pool table and ping pong table). Sleeps 7 comfortably, has been newly remodeled in every room. Wonderful large living space with open concept, large outdoor shower and deck for enjoying the private backyard and central AC for hot summers days. Located in Great Harbors neighborhood with access to association pool, playground, tennis courts (pool passes are an extra fee) and a short walk, bike, or drive to beach.
*Ask about long-term winter seasonal rentals at off-season rates (2200/month).
House includes:
1. Large screen TV with cable and internet (printer in basement).
2. Includes high quality hotel-style linens (king bed in master)
3. Built in high quality water-filtration
4. Full extra large garage fits Car and all your outdoor equipment easily.
5. Large outdoor shower with two shower heads (one detachable hand-held).
6. Lots of closet and storage space

Very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Great location just 2 miles from downtown shops and restaurants. Andrew the host was great to deal with. He was very prompt in answering any questions or concerns we might have had. Would definitely recommend this property.

Andrew’s place is great and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is really cute, with access to a playground, basketball courtand pool (if you buy a pass).great views of the harbor. It was convenient to downtown Falmouth and Wood’s Hole. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Andrew was responsive for the couple of questions we had. Would love to stay here again for a longer getaway!

The property was perfect! Close to everything and the house was spotless / well stocked & decorated. Host was also great and very quick to respond. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and comfortable. Central A/C was a great plus. The location was great for enjoying Falmouth and exploring the rest of the Cape.
