About this house rental
Large house with front porch that provides peeks of Green Pond and leads into a lovely sun-room with large flat screen TV and sliding door leading to the large backyard with a brick patio, patio furniture, grill, and outdoor shower. Inside you will find a large updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dining table. Also, on the 1st floor there are 2 living rooms one great for quite reading or additional sleeping area for guests and another for hanging out with family and friends and watching tv on a large flat screen. A bedroom and a half bath with washer and dryer complete the first floor. The second floor consists of a large master suite with its own bathroom. There is also 2 more bedrooms that share a separate bathroom. All rooms have large closets and/or dressers for additional storage.

Our family gathered at this property for a week in August and had a fantastic stay! The house was comfortable and roomy enough for all eleven of us. There was good-size kitchen that was well-stocked for gathering and cooking meals. This house has plenty of living area so children and adults could spread out and watch tv, play games, etc. We loved the large backyard! There was plenty of seating outside, and we enjoyed using the grill and eating outdoors. It was too windy most of the time for the fire pit, but the kids did get to roast marshmallows and make s'mores. The location is a short drive from downtown Falmouth and Mashpee, and Smitty's Ice Cream is very close by! Menauhant Beach is only a mile away. Emanuel, the owner, was very responsive to any communication from us. We all agreed that it was a spectacular week!Marianne

Great family vacation home. Spacious rooms and bedrooms. Large back yard for family and friends and ample parking. This home has all the amenities you need. Just bring your food clothes and pet and enjoy!

It was a very nice property. Close to all the beaches, beautiful backyard. How was stocked with everything needed especially kitchen. We had a very nice stay.
