The Association amenities include: two swimming pools, tennis courts, a basketball court, volleyball court, playground, ball field, recreation club, beach house for yoga and a beautiful beach on Great Pond for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Inside there is 2000 square feet of airconditioned living space. Take advantage of this fully equipped kitchen which leads out to a large deck, where you can BBQ (Gas and Charcoal), and enjoy the evening with friends and family. This property offers a larger back garden with charming outdoor shower for when you return home from the beach! Inside, with three living areas, there is no shortage of space at this home! The first floor offers a TV room with comfy seating for five, and an additional spacious living room. Children will love the bonus room in the basement!
