Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath renovated cape with Central A/C is your perfect Cape Cod vacation home! Situated on an oversized level lot with a spacious deck and outdoor shower. The open first floor plan includes a well appointed kitchen with views of the backyard, dining area, and living room. Downstairs you will also find the master bedroom and den with a television and futon. There are hardwood floors throughout the first floor. Upstairs there are two more spacious bedrooms and another full bathroom.
Enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer! Just minutes from over 10 beaches. Plenty of dining and shopping options in downtown Falmouth. Located in the private waterfront community of Great Harbors. Enjoy lots of amenities just a short walk from our home - lighted tennis courts, clubhouse and swimming pools overlooking Great Pond, Kids will enjoy the playground, baseball field, basketball court and marina. Bring your kayaks and launch right into Great Pond!
Weekly pool and tennis fee is $350 for up to four guests. Additional passes may be purchased, please inquire for details.
Towels and sheets can be provided for an additional fee - inquire for details.

This is the second time we have stayed at this home and it was another fantastic week! The home is clean and in great condition and we loved the size of the bedrooms compared to other homes we've stayed at in the Great Harbors neighborhood. The backyard and outdoor shower were awesome after days at the beach and our kids love the neighborhood pool. Would definitely recommend this home to any family looking to stay in Falmouth!

Second time we stayed here. Love the house, very clean and comfortable. The added bonus of the community pool, playground and tennis courts is a plus. Love the neighborhood.

The home was very clean, nicely decorated, and pretty close to beaches and town. It was perfect for our short getaway with plenty of room for our three young children. The owners were very responsive as well and clearly take good care of their home. We didn’t get a chance to use the facilities (pool, tennis courts, etc), but it’s great to know those options are available.
