Cocoonr agency offers you, in the heart of the prestigious Hôtel particulier de Bonnefoy, one of the most beautiful private mansions in Toulouse, dating from the XVIᵉ century and listed as a historic monument, this studio apartment. Located on the 3ᵉ floor, with a surface area of 30 m² and able to accommodate up to 2 travellers, it consists of a large living room, a fitted kitchen, a shower room and a terrace. Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A large living room with a king-size bed (180x200), a retractable flat-screen TV and a reading area with bookshelves.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- A magnificent 17 m² terrace with barbecue. On sunny days, you can relax and sip a drink while admiring Toulouse's rooftops, all the while enjoying the comfort of air conditioning!
Right in the centre of Toulouse, in the popular Carmes and Saint-Etienne districts, you can take full advantage of the mix of architecture, history, gastronomy and art of living in this cosy atmosphere.
Situated just a few minutes' walk from Place du Capitole, it is in the city centre, close to transport links (metro, bus, bike station) and Toulouse's must-see places (Cathédrale Saint-Etienne, Place du Capitole, Quartier des Antiquaires, etc.) and in an exceptional location. This flat is perfect for a business trip or for exploring the Pink City from a very central location.

- Visits: in the heart of the historic district, you are a 10-minute walk from Place du Capitole, 7 minutes from Place Saint-Georges, 1 minute from Place Saint-Etienne, in the heart of the Croix-Baragnon district.
- Going out: you can walk to the city's many restaurants, cafés and museums.
- Food: A Monop in Esquirol, just a few minutes' walk away.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby public pay car park.

La Terrasse Croix Baragnon "Lovely apartment but be aware of accessibility.
🙂 Lovely room. Comfortable and quiet with a good sized terrace. Location is terrific with great restaurants and cafés nearby. A very beautiful city that is well worth visiting.
🙁 It didn't bother us at all but people should be aware of access to the apartment. The only entrance is a 70-stair spiral staircase and it really isn't suitable for people who are unfit or have limited mobility. Larger people may also find the small bathroom a bit uncomfortable."
