About this house rental
On the heights of Port-Vendres, small charming house with sea view, a rocky flower garden, patio area and pergola. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, there is a private entrance with a gate, the possibility of parking 1 large car (see 2 city cars) inside the property. Very pleasant to live in, the house is made up of 5 rooms in total, a small utility room with a sink and washing machine, the bathroom with toilet, shower and sink in the same room, a bedroom with 2 single beds (but possibility to make one in 180) and a large closet. Then the living room, equipped with a sofa bed, a TV and a cupboard, then the kitchen which includes 1 large fridge, a microwave, an electric oven, induction hobs, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker. .. All equipment is new. The pergola patio has a brick barbecue.
The house is located on the heights of Port-Vendres, less than a kilometer from the Oli beach and the shops in the city center. About 10min on foot. The area is very calm and peaceful.
A deposit of 250 € is required, as well as a deposit for cleaning of 100 €.
Linen rental with cleaning included is possible.

Endroit sympa avec vue de la terrasse exceptionnelle .ballade sur la corniche pour aller à collioures magnifique en 30 minutes à peine.
Seul bémol, les draps en supplément, sinon tout était parfait et agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine sympathique dans cette maison dont les 2 attraits sont les terrasses et l'emplacement, très calme. Attention toutefois si vous aimez les escaliers, vous serez servis... Par ailleurs, des moustiquaires aux fenêtres et un parasol seraient bienvenus.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette jolie petite maison. les terrasses sont très appréciables pour profiter à n’importe quelle heure de la journée ! La petite plage de l’Oli est vraiment très sympa ainsi que les environs : il y a beaucoup à découvrir. Merci à Martin et Marie qui sont charmants. Une adresse à recommander !
